We had to make an emergency stop for pet supplies while vacationing in Canada. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable in helping us get exactly what we needed.

As a temporarily immobilized senior, I recently had the opportunity to utilize their 'shipping' option from their web site as I was unable to get to their store location. I didn't even know they did this until someone mentioned it. I was initially surprised to see that it shipped from the Toronto area rather than local but I guess that makes economical/logistical sense. Either way - it was a life saver!
