A very good experience from start to finish. Janet came and gave us a quote and we ordered the unit and within two weeks we had it installed by two great guys who were friendly, courteous and polite and quite knowledgeable also the office staff are very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Wow 60 years in business, what a great family business, all are professional and knowledgeable. Janet the sales/ installer and technician is fantastic and knows more than most service techs I have ever met ;) thanks for recommending Carrier equipment.

I called Melcher to come and look at my father-in-laws air conditioning less than 2 hours ago.. and they sent someone right over to fix it. In this heat wave, I expected it would take a few days to get someone out to his home, but this' testament to a long standing company that offers amazing service.
