We recently purchased an air conditioner from McCrea’s Climate Care and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our salesperson, Will, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident in our purchase. The technicians were also fantastic: professional, friendly, and left everything spotless after installation. A few days later, we had a small technical issue during a heat warning, and they came to the rescue later that same afternoon—talk about dedication and service! We’re so grateful for the care and attention we received. We’ve already recommended McCrea’s to friends and family, and they will absolutely be our go-to company in the future. We switched over from oil heating to gas. The thought of all the work that needed to be done overwhelmed me for years and I kept putting off the change over. “I’ll do it next spring.” And next spring, and next spring, and so on. After simply speaking with customer service rep. Carly, she had us all set up and switched over with a new gas furnace and central air conditioning system within a handful of days. The technicians Chris and Avery were efficient, clean and so professional! So impressed they drained and removed our old oil tank and furnace in under a hour! They didn’t seem to mind our two excitable dogs and gave them lots of pets. Fabien was hands down amazing and gave me a full tour of all our new equipment! I feel so much more comfortable and safer with our new furnace! I have nothing but good things to say! Great first time experience! Thank you for everything
