Just took my new to me truck in there for a purchase inspection (to ensure nothing was wrong with the truck). Was quote an hour, was charged an hour.

They took the time to explain things they noticed and included pictures and answered all questions.

Pleasant staff, work was done in a timely manner.

Based on my first experience with them, I would recommend them.

Doug's took in my vehicle..diagnosed the problem when the dealership where I got the vehicle told me there was nothing wrong..big problem..fixed now..!!dealership didnt have courtesy to follow up..I will certainly refer Doug's to others..

Doug and the crew saved me again! The office is so nice when I call with my please tell me you have time!! I lost a brakeline and was in a desprate state. I called first thing in the morning and they said bring it in! They are super busy, and yet everytime my old girl, Tuscon, decides its time to replace the original parts, they fit me in.
