Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. Why just 4 stars then? The $250 minimum service call fee for a 15 minute job seems a little excessive. Perhaps some discretion could be applied. Otherwise very satisfied.

Emma the Customer Service Manager was amazing. Purchased a watch a few weeks ago and she was able to assist me finding a receipt online. She was extremely busy so I left my info with her. After I purchased a vaccuum I waited for my order at McDonalds. She found me in the restaurant and handed me the receipt! I offered to buy her a treat but she declined as it is against store policy. I must say I am a member at large. My daughter is moving into the area with her husband that you should embrace as a service officer. We were greeted in a family manner. Asked if we were going to the supper. We said no just passing through. I think your bar staff was exceptional. You need tap but I had cash lol. First impression was great. I like the atmosphere
