Requested style: Ivy is the one I asked for all the time but when she’s gone, then I usually get Mary

Cleanliness: Their store is very clean. It always smells good. When you go in. You never see any dirt cobwebs. Anything bathroom is clean. It’s just great.

Stylist: I have had Ivy and Mary do my nails and they are both wonderful nail people treat you like gold. They’ll help you anyway they can. They’re just great stylist.“

“I came in for an upper lip wax. Jenny was really nice and professional. Unfortunately she missed a good section of hair. I will have to come back in to have this corrected.

Update: The customer service regarding my issue was great. They took me in right away and corrected the situation.“
