I won a gift certificate for an Indie massage (full body and head/neck). WOW! It was an amazing massage, and my massage therapist, Alicja, was so nice and welcoming! I'm really looking forward to booking with them again and going back. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!
Great staff, great experience.I was experiencing shoulder pain after a work out which prevented me from having a quality sleep for about 3 nights and the pain was worsening each night. After a 1 hour treatment at Hands on Health I had a great sleep the following night and the pain started to subside.
Had an amazing massage with Hands on Health, and LOVE that they support local and Canadian handmade brands in their storefront. Friendly staff and a welcoming experience. Can't wait to go back for one of their Ayurvedic massages!
