“I bought an older house near Thunder Bay Road and Bernard in Ridgeway last spring.It had a lot of water damaged foundation blocks, and the crawl space was full of water. Robson Foundations quoted me the best price to excavate the complete perimeter, replace over 30 blocks, and repair another 20 or 30, replace all the weeping tiles, and waterproof the three block high foundation all around the house. They replaced all the earth and were very conscientious not to damage the shrubs and gardens.. also very tidy.The final price was less than was expected, considering the extra work required.
