We have purchased from Browns several times. First for our cottage and then for our home because their service and prices are so great! They are well educated in appliance options and also are realistic with stock availability which I really appreciated- especially during Covid.
Fridge went out at my cottage was not cooling properly. Called at 8 minutes to 5 and spoke with Ariel. We discussed in stock options and we had to choose one of 2 overnight. We also booked a delivery spot for Thursday am. Called the next day with our choice and Thursday 8am it was at our marina being loaded on the barge. Thanks so much, excellent service from start to finish.
