We had a great experience with Joan as our realtor. We were looking to purchase some vacant land in Prince Edward County and contacted Joan to show us some properties. She provided great information about the area and the different properties themselves. Joan also has lots of experience with rental properties and things to consider if you are looking to own one. She kept us informed of new listings and provided contacts for various trades in the area. Joan was easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions we had. We would recommend Joan for any real estate transactions in PEC area.
