We decided to retire to Picton/Prince Edward County area from the GTA two years ago. Although we bought in a new home development we decided to work with Erin Lynn Lachance to help us navigate the new home purchase process.Erin was extremely effective in her communications be they by phone or text or email. She was very, very timely in her responsiveness to any and all questions. Was very unresponsive to emails. sent us listing that did not match our preferences at all. just forwarded us every listing in the general area we were looking. Ended up buying a house without her assistance.
