Fantastic customer service from Shadi, Jerry and the rest of the staff at the Tile House. Very helpful, friendly and informative. Definitely would recommend this store compared to the big box stores.

I recently renovated a bathroom and went to the Tile House first since it was local. After driving across the the GTA, visiting dozens of other tile shops, I came to find that the selection, price and delivery times were best right where I had started! Alex was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to rush order some extras that we ended up needing. I even went direct to the manufacturer to pick up one box and Alex texted me to make sure that I had the proper pick up instructions and ensure that there were no issues. Thank you so much Alex for being so great!
