Brought my car in to get my bumper replaced after a collision, the place was recommended by my insurance company. The experience was great and the customer service was excellent as they explained the process in detail every step of the way. I had to go in a few times first to show the car and then they ordered the parts and then again for them to fix it. they coordinated with insurance company and the rental company and that went smoothly. The actual repair was really good too( its never going to be the same as before the accident but it was pretty damn close) they even cleaned the inside of my car and trunk too which was nice of them.
