Reached out to Reliable at 10pm on a Sunday night and woke up to a response from Brian who was available to come that same day to help us with our mouse problem. He was very knowledgeable, super friendly and efficient in identifying the problem areas and laying the necessary traps, etc. Wonderful, friendly customer service and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
Wonderful service in Uxbridge. Rob has been our service provider for several years. Very reliable. When i called them this year for service though I find they have been bought out and the technicians have been let go. Would love to find out where Rob is working now and see if he could still service my area.
The worst!.. Reliable my ass, three times I called and three times they told me someone would be contacting me and nothing... As for the female who took my call.. you need some schooling when it comes to customer service.. your tone of voice when speaking with me was indicating that I was bothering you? I will never be using Reliable again right across Canada and I will be sure to tell others of my experience..
