They overwork their staff and try to make them do a lot of different things at once (bookings, pet services, greeting, cashiering).Don't try to pop in for a quick purchase. It won't be quick. Selection is great though.

I frequently drop by my nearby PetSmart store to check out their latest offerings and discounts. Over the years, I've made several purchases at this location, ranging from African Grey Parrot food to dog treats and clothing. I even acquired a Siamese Fighter Fish from there. The staff at this store has consistently impressed me with their friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge. It's a convenient place to shop, offering a wide array of choices, and there's usually a great deal to be found.
