Only a few weeks but WOW! this programme is amazing. so much detail, so many workouts, really easy to use platform. I am already making progress. Best thing I have done is join OptimalBody Personal Fitness Andy in the UK
David has been my personal trainer for the last year and a half. As a result, I have gotten stronger and I am able to do things that I was unable to do before training with him such as ride my stationary bike and get in and out of my car without assistance.
