“Today, Jenny and Nadia pierced my 9 year daughter's ears. The entire experience start to finish was wonderful! I called, the Pickering Town Center location, yesterday and was greeted with a bubbly and eager to help staff member (Jenny). I explained we are returning customers from 6 years ago when, at the Oshawa Centre, their team pierced my eldest daughters ears. My eldest had both ears pierced at the same time. I shared how positive that experience was for her, at the age of 6. I went on to request Jenny's help to ensure my youngest had the same positive experience. A picture captures a 1000 words, so in short thanks to Jenny's outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail and kindness with assistance from Nadia my youngest is over the moon with her pierced ears! Just look at my baby's smile and you know I'm one happy and grateful Momma.

“10/10 would 100% recommend this salon to anyone! it was by far my best experience at a hair salon ever. everyone was super nice and accommodating. i never once questioned what was happening with my hair or felt uncomfortable. i called the salon the same day as going.. so it was SUPER last minute, even still everyone was kind and made the time for me. Vali did my hair and he did an absolutely incredible job. (see pictures below). i came in with hair that had been bleached at home so it was very orange and had a bunch of brown spots where i’d missed in it. i left feeling so refreshed and happy with the result. i’ve asked for this light of a blonde colour before at different salons and have been told “it just couldn’t happen” no matter where i went. so, i am so happy that i stumbled upon this absolutely magnificent salon that made my dream hair become my reality!! thank you so much to everyone who made sure i had water and offered me tea and coffee as well. the prices were awesome too! these guys are great and you’re definitely missing out if you don’t give them a try!“

Though his salon is located in his home, I instantly felt safe and secure upon arrival and meeting him. He is very kind, trustworthy and proficient in all hair matters. “Betty does such an amazing job with my colour and cut!! I love it. Everywhere I go people ask me who does my colour and cut. I have a very funky pixie cut and she colours it lavender ? and it's extremely hard to find a hair stylist who can do that and do it so well but Betty gets it right every time. I highly recommend her to everyone who asks me who does my hair.
Also, Betty is very passionate about her work and wants to make sure you are happy with your experience at her salon whether that be hair, nails or other spa services I can see the level of care she puts into every clients visit.“

“Had a really good experience! I found Beauty Bar from an ig contest they had a month ago and checked out their pictures. I didn't win the contest, but I fell in love with the vibrant colours they offered, many of which are not offered at other salons. I emailed for an appt, but later called in on my lunch hour and booked an appt. I wanted to donate my hair, cut, and colour. I was given an appt for cut and colour consultation. (They also did email me back later that day! Extra points for having their communication channels available and monitored.) I just went for my cut today, and it was a fantastic experience. The salon is clean and modern. Angela was fun and professional. She measured, tied, cut, and braided for donation. We talked about colour and as I haven't coloured in about 20 years now, she gave some suggestions. Cut was done quickly and very well done. I was in and out within 1hour. Super excited for the colour appt!“
