We were immediately sent to a room even though we arrived a bit early the room had calming music and a diffuser that filled the room with calming scents for dogs! Everything was explained to me clearly and was very detailed I didn’t feel lost or confused. I would recommend Sherbrooke heights to any other nervous/reactive dog parents out there struggling to find a place to make their dog feel safe!“
