Have only been dealing with this company for two months and my experience with them is horrible. I have been calling them since Monday telling them my propane fuel is low. Now it is 0. Called again Wednesday and we will run out tonite. We are in our 70's and can't deal with something like this every month. Last month was almost the same experience. Both times I was given an excuse of truck trouble. Okay. Only one truck? If you can't service your customers why are you in business? Definitely time for me to change suppliers. Unless they can promise me prompt on time delivery I will deal with another company and will not every recommend this company... read full review

Absolutely terrible. Ordered Oil on Wednesday was promised it would be here Thursday, and still has not come today. Horrible customer service. The customer service rep “Lorna” questioned me why I hadn’t called back this morning which was very rude. Sorry we don’t all work a 9-5 job....and said she’d contact the driver. An hour later and still hadn’t received any information. Called again and was told the driver would deliver 40 litres tonight and the rest tomorrow. When we had confirmed delivery for yesterday it was because we needed oil and still don’t have a solid answer or explanation if or when we will be getting oil.

I never write reviews but every single encounter I have had with this company has been fantastic. From account set up, to my paranoid questions about being on oil, my delay on handing in documents.. etc. I'm a newer customer and realized my tank was on Empty so I called by chance to see if they filled on the weekend and they're sending someone out to fill it this evening.
The customer service is absolutely amazing. Bravo guys!
