I'm disappointed by the lack of communication from the team at Animal Wellness Magazine. The team was helpful in the beginning by suggesting changes we could make to help optimize our second promotion to perform better than the first. After agreeing that most of these changes could help improve the second promotion we moved forward with "said" changes... We launched the second promotion, and it ended up under performing the poorly performed first promotion.
