I was blown away by the installation of new windows: everything was put back to perfection. It seemed like they filled and painted the nail holes. Either way, it was an outstanding installation. We were concerned when months went by from last contact to when we were expecting the install. But when I emailed, I received a response right away and installers were there within days. When they came out to measure, they offered to do some cladding on another window. I appreciated the suggestion and it was well worth the money. We have been using Prestige Doors, Windows and Sun-rooms for our replacement patio doors and windows. We are a three storey condo building in the southern part of Peterborough. We have been extremely pleased with the product, installation and working relationship we have with Prestige. Their office staff and installers are always courteous, knowledgeable and informative. We will continue to use Prestige for all our replacement needs well into the future. The attached photo is of their most recent installation at our building.
Chris and Joe came to replace our windows and they completed the job quickly and thoroughly. I was impressed how quickly it went and they cleaned up any mess they made (which was minimal). Highly recommend!
