Thank you so much to Allison, Tina, Kennedy in labour and delivery and Rebecca and Karly D (mind the spelling) in Postpartum. Start to finish the best hospital treatment we have ever received. We were in awe of the level of professionalism and genuine care they took of mom, baby and dad. It was an absolute pleasure to watch these ladies work and so apparent that they love what they do. Grandma was also present and happens to be an emergency room nurse at a hospital in Toronto and she was also so impressed by the level of care we received. Thank you to your entire team, we are eternally grateful!“

“While travelling to Family from Hamilton area to Peterborough area my husband had trouble with his breathing machine. I called VitaleAire explained the problem and she called a Consultant in Peterborough who called us and asked about the problem. She then said give me the address where you are and I will be there in an hour. She brought new machine which we were so appreciative of. We only expected to get advice on what we could do or if we should be worried about machine until we returned home. The Clinical Consultant , Mikelty Jackson went above and beyond our expectations and we were extremely happy. We have been using VitaleAire for about 6 years and the service when you call is always excellent.“

“I’ve been a patient here for a few years now. It used to be tough to get ahold of them, but now there is a voicemail system and if it’s something that needs to be addressed they call back within a day or two. If you can’t wait a couple days you should be going to the ER anyways. They also now have walk in appointments available for registered patients, which has been absolutely amazing for minor needs.I find staff to be caring and friendly, they always remember my and my sons name when I come in.My only complaint is that I’ve seen patients bring in their dogs. I understand this clinic deals with a lot of at risk individuals who might not have anywhere to leave their pets- but I don’t love waiting for my appointment beside a (well behaved) dog. It’s still a medical clinic.Overall it’s a great place with caring and knowledgeable staff, and helps fill the massive void in our healthcare system.“
