As a Master Florist, they offer a wide selection of fresh flowers, plants, and gifts for various occasions, with a unique range of items that cannot be found in malls. In addition to their floral department, McKnight's also features a ladies' fashion department, Joybee's/Crocs Shoes Showroom, an oil and vinegar tasting bar, a greenhouse filled with plants and garden gifts, and a homemade fudge section. Customers have praised McKnight's for their high-quality products and excellent service. One customer was delighted with a spring bouquet and truffles they received as a gift, noting that the flowers were stunning and the truffles were a delicious treat.
