We had an issue with a fireplace that we didn't even purchase from them. (That was our first mistake) They went above and beyond to get us looked after. Friendly staff, great service. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Would recommend them to anyone.
Topp notch team to deal with. Service team is friendly professional they explain everything and don't over charge you . Best products hassle free and affordable to maintain. Thanks everyone for always looking after us.
Good friendly staff, but had an issue with our remote control thermostat -faulty (kept locking up-fireplace would not shut off or sometimes even turn on. Had to manually turn on only when in the room). Still waiting for acknowledgment almost two weeks later
