I purchased some flowers from here this morning for my wife for our anniversary. I wrote a personal note to go with them, and they were supposed to be delivered to my wife's work (which was two stores over). My wife only worked until 3pm, so I called around 2pm to make sure they had been delivered, and I was told that they had already been delivered. It wasn't until I got a call from my wife an hour later that I found out she had never received a delivery of any kind. Once on the phone with the store, all they said was that they could add a few extra flowers for no extra charge. No refund, discount, or gift card, no call from the owner etc. I asked if the flowers could be delivered to our home since my wife was no longer working. ....the flowers didn't arrive until around 5:30, and nothing appeared to have been altered. Very disappointing, definitely not what I wanted wanted on our Anniversary. I will definitely no be coming back anytime soon. :( ...... Flowers by Kay has since made it up to me by offering to give me a full refund, or another arrangement of equal value at no extra cost. I am very grateful for this response. :) Thanks guys!
