We wanted to open our glass panel railing and create a set of stairs at the rear of our deck. Darren was very helpful in suggesting the best way to do this. We had a little hiccup with how the new stairs were constructed which caused a delay, but we are so pleased with how the project turned out.
Great experience! Love our new windows. Installers were fantastic and left no mess!! Only issue was our expensive blind no longer fits the window because manufacturing has changed. That is nobody’s fault though and Connor windows actually contacted blind business for us to see what can be done. Just waiting for call back! So overall very customer friendly and a great product!
