360 Degree Nurse Practitioner Led Clinic

I’ve been a patient here for a few years now. It used to be tough to get ahold of them, but now there is a voicemail system and if it’s something that needs to be addressed they call back within a day or two. If you can’t wait a couple days you should be going to the ER anyways. They also now have walk in appointments available for registered patients, which has been absolutely amazing for minor needs.I find staff to be caring and friendly, they always remember my and my sons name when I come in.My only complaint is that I’ve seen patients bring in their dogs. same issue as others, impossible to get ahold of them and can’t even leave a voicemail. there’s been times where i’ve had to call and hang up over 60 times just to get ahold of a human, and i wish i was exaggerating because it’s ridiculous.

Press 0 to leave a voicemail. Then it just plays the recording repeatedly. It’s nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone. I give 3 stars as they did help me to get me referred to a surgeon for a belly button hernia removal surgery. I only need a prescription refill for inhalers for my asthma and I can’t even leave a voicemail.
