We were unsure of the exact problem with our septic system when we called them. Earlier diagnosis from others said it was a defective float or pump, so we were prepared for the worst.we were thrilled when after 2hours they said it was a loose $1.00 connector.Thanks to Pat and a special thanks to Gary and Sebastian who spent 2 hours in 35 degree heat with their heads in our septic tank.“
