Todd from Perth Lock and Key took wonderful care of us today! We'd lost the keys to our new place and needed the locks both picked and changed. It was surprisingly fun to watch Todd and talk to him about his craft, it turns out lock picking is quite the art! Five stars all around. Drove by this place so many times but never stopped. Last week and after delaying my snow tire change for so long, I decided to give it a try. Today I took my truck in and watched as they changed my tires in a very busy day. The guy who does the work is a perfectionist. Washed the new tires making sure no dirt blocking the rims, washed the tires, cleaned the rims, and on and on. I used to take my truck to Canadian tire and the dealer, in both cases I was always left dissatisfied, long wait times, too pricey. I actually got to watch these guys change the tires and gave me a feeling of total satisfaction. They were great. The cost was just right. The owner and his sister are great and very friendly. Really recommend the place.
It is a busy shop, but my appointment was exactly when scheduled, and the work was completed as expected. Very reasonable shop rates for the quality work and skill of the Techs.

After reading some reviews I was anxious about calling Publow’s, however, they had been recommended to me by reliable sources.I was very impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. We were unsure of the exact problem with our septic system when we called them. Earlier diagnosis from others said it was a defective float or pump, so we were prepared for the worst.we were thrilled when after 2hours they said it was a loose $1.00 connector.Thanks to Pat and a special thanks to Gary and Sebastian who spent 2 hours in 35 degree heat with their heads in our septic tank.

We've had more than one gravel delivery from Tackaberry recently, and the material delivered was consistent in colour and coarseness. The driver, Rick, who came to our house both times, was friendly and highly professional, dumped the load exactly where we wanted it. The approximately 2.5 tonnes of gravel we got from Tackaberry on June 6 was $20 cheaper than the 1.6 tonnes we got two weeks prior from Cavanagh, and Tackaberry had to travel a lot further. It's a no-brainer. We look forward to dealing with Tackaberry in the future.
We had our car detailed at the body shop after a minor collision. It was scheduled for detailing and waxing a few days later anyway, so when we took it to Attention to Detail in Perth, we thought it would be a quick clean up. However, the name says it all: it turned out cleaner than when we bought it! Everything was perfect, from the wax job to the tires, from the wheels to the windshield! I had purchased new lights for my headlights at CT and they even billed me to install them. I noticed that the headlights weren't aimed properly when I used them. When I went to Frizells for winter tire change and I asked him to aim the headlights for me. He came back and said the lights weren't properly installed and he re-installed them. No Charge!! I am a loyal customer now. Great work, and an honest man. Both these traits are rare today.

If I could give these guys infinite stars I would. I was 400kms from home and having serious car problems that would prevent me from getting home. After having been turned away by the Hyundai dealership in the area, I called Wilson Street Auto fleet and Chris told me the shop was full but I could come on by and they would see what they could do. They found the issue within 10 minutes, fixed it and explained next steps for me to get home safe. I cannot thank these guys enough. If I lived in the area, I’d never go anywhere else. Thank you all so much for turning a stressful situation around, being so kind and helpful.
