Absolutely everything I would recommend. From the momemt they pick up the phone with their wealth of knowledge, their caring and warmth taking the time to listen why I needed this appointment left me so comforted. We needed Dr Drivers "expert care and advice" with her thorough examination and diagnosis to make a tough but necessary decision on our cat Teddy ❤️🐾 Jody was amazing at giving our Teddy the IV for sedation and Valerie was a true sweetheart, so gentle with assisting Jodi, holding our baby close and feeling protected when the IV line went in. They let us have our special time together before Dr Driver came into the room. They had a velvety soft blue blanket on their table for Teddy, they know just what makes a pet feel cared for. Dr Driver explained the steps in the euthenasia to us, and with her calm voice, started the peaceful transition over the Rainbow Bridge ❤️🐾🌈 We were allowed to stay with our kitty for as long as we wanted, Valerie came in to comfort us and just a sweet, gentle soul. This is the hardest times, saying goodbye to your beloved pet, but they made the whole experience a very calm, caring and peaceful one for us, and for our Teddy. We can't thank you enough for the love and kindness you have all shown, from beginning to end ❤️ Dr Driver is so knowledgeable, caring, honest and trustworthy. We are so lucky to have you as our Pet Dr ❤️🐾

Brought my 4 month old puppy Beau in for his vaccines and Dr Tania went above and beyond with making not only Beau comfortable, but myself too. He was terrified to go in but she took the time to sit and comfort him with all the treats. Knowing how scared he was, she got in the floor to do his entire examination, shots and nail trim, all while praising him with all the love. She explained everything to me in fine detail, gave plenty of pointers and information about training and other vaccinations. I didn’t feel rushed whats so ever and left the appointment stress free. I’m incredibly happy with our choice of vet, and will recommend to anyone!
