I had a relative who was a patient at this clinic and was fortunate enough to to attend a meeting with them and their doctor. I have to admit- I was a bit overwhelmed and scared going in as I had no understanding of addiction or the recovery process. The staff were informative, professional but most importantly, incredibly kind. I will never forget the look on my relative’s face when we got into the car after. They just broke down into tears and said that this was the first place they went where the people were kind to them through their journey. If a person has substance abuse issues it's a place to start. The staff is usually pretty good but there's a couple staff members that leave a "bad taste in your mouth"...their mannerisms with certain individuals leave me wondering if they like their job or if maybe the individuals involved do not get along for personal reasons. ?
