Outstanding service! Our 30 year old furnace malfunctioned in the middle of winter. The Riddell service techs arrived 2 hours later, diagnosed the problem and searched for the obsolete parts needed for the repair. Unfortunately the parts aren't available anymore . A new furnace was ordered and installed the next day. They even provided small portable heaters to keep the house warm until we were up and running. Very happy with the level of service, professionalism of all staff and product. I would highly recommend Riddell Contracting.

Thank you for such a fast repair on my furnace over the Christmas . I found all staff friendly ,well manered and listened to my situation. I found the technicians were prompt with arrival , very polite and gentlemen like . I would also like to say aswell very educational to my issue. We recently had Riddell install a new heat pump furnace and water heater. They did a great job, clean, tidy, professional, pleasant workers. Their service was great and (don’t know if I’m supposed to name drop!) but Casey Tennant went over and above for us regarding information we needed for the government. Cold winter weather will show the efficiency of these units, so far no complaints!
