Great customer service, very friendly and efficient! This was the first time I placed an on line order for pick up at Petsmart. My order was 2 bags of dog food, 20 pounds each. A store associate was very quick to put the 2 bags of food in my cart, she pointed out the receipt taped to 1 of the bags. The associate brought the cart out to my van and loaded the bags into the bag for me.

When entering , always greeted by a staff member even when they are helping other customers making you feel they are happy to see you. CHEDDAR BOB got his photo with Easter Bunny months after he moved to Owen Sound in December 2021. Please go in to see cute kittens that need a good home as Cheddar Bob an influencer to anyone who loves animals!
