I had such a great experience at Mark’s! My friend and I had car trouble (undercarriage cover wasn’t properly reinstalled after my oil change that week) on our way home to Guelph from camping in Bruce Peninsula, and they took my car in right away and didn’t charge us to fix the cover. Mechanics and reception were very kind! Plus the waiting room is very clean and comfortable :) Thanks guys!!

Had my broken down truck towed to Marks while on a camping vacation in Tobermory. Knowing I was from out of town and needing to back on the road quickly, they saw my truck right away. When they had to order parts that would arrive in the morning, they arrange for a rental car so I could get back to my family for the night. They had my truck up and running by 9am the following morning. Thanks for saving my vacation (I made it to Algonquin Park without any issues).

I've had my oil changed and maintenance work done on my vehicle. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. I would recommend their services to anyone.
