We called Cooks as we had a leak underneath our kitchen sink. The person in service was so friendly and helpful and had people to our place in an amazingly short period of time. Chris and Bryce were so friendly, professional and finished promptly and took the time to clean upeverything afterwards. As your commercial states, just call Cooks. We couldn't be happier and will continue to use and recommend Cooks.
We had our magnesium rod replaced by Joe & he was excellent, professional & prompt! We have a difficult placement of our tank & he managed without a complaint, very efficient & friendly, very appreciated, thanks Joe & Cook's! Totally recommended.
Our whole experience with Cook's has been great, from the estimate to the install everyone was very helpful and professional. We had a Mitsubishi heat pump installed and we love it. My brother sells the same units in BC and said his price would have been higher.
