Late Sunday night my bathroom sink leaked and damaged my main floor ceiling which I managed to minimize the damage by identifying the issue quickly. WINMAR contacted me after I contacted my insurance company. The project manager was very empathetic and addressed all my concerns and said they would be there at 10am to begin emergency damage control.Their emergency crew arrived exactly at 10am and they were professional and very kind and understanding regarding the stress I was going through. After coming home from Christmas vacation I found that my basement had flooded. My insurance company contacted Winmar and within a day my Project Manager, Pratik, had visited my property, assessed the damaged and dispatched a crew to start the repairs.The crews Winmar dispatched over the coming days were all kind, professional and efficient while removing the water and damaged materials from my property.
