Honestly, THE BEST of the best ! I had heeled wedge sandals with full upper straps that were far too big for my narrow feet, and he custom fit the top, exactly the way I wanted it and pictured it, and made my idea a reality. Super good work, fair pricing, and just truly a man that is dedicated to his work and craftsmanship. I have come to fix luxury purse straps, or regular sandals, etc over the past 5 years. I have a Coach leather tote bag that somehow got a small puncture on it. Coach refused to repair or replace it even though my bag was under warranty. While the puncture was small, I had to stop using the bag for years in fear of making the hole worse, and I wasn't sure where I can take this bag to. I came across Westboro Shoe Rebuilders and saw many glowing reviews, some were about bag repairs. I was super worried that the store wouldn't take my bag as I know the flaw is not easy to fix. I am very pleased with the work done on my boots. I had the outsole and heel cap replaced at a reasonable price. The gentleman doing the work is very nice and professional. I would recommend.
