Joe went above and beyond in providing excellent service to our family when we were in an emergency situation. After the loss of power to our home in the wintertime, we were comforted by his commitment to help our family and make our home safe. He was very knowledgeable in his field and determined to make sure the work was completed ASAP in order to restore power. We have young children in the house and he even brought over a solar battery to run the furnace and some appliances so that we could keep them comfortable overnight until work resumed again.
