Massage therapists - so hard to find a good fit - especially with something so individual. A now with covid, a place to feel safe, comfortable on top of everything else, seemed impossible to find. Then I tried Vitality Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre, with Serah. Friendly, prompt, timely service. Amazing therapist. Strong, listened to my notes, helped my congestion with an amazing neck, face, head massage. All safely masked!! The intake process is seamless, virtual and can be done from your email. Many great questions to flush out your preferences, pains, likes/dislikes. Insurance details can be added up front or you can pay yourself. Whichever you prefer. The clinic is spotless, quiet and serene. We will be regular clients. Highly recommended. Easy location in Riverside South. Plenty of parking and convenient.
