I’ve been going to Laserderm for more than 10 years now, perhaps closer to 20. Originally I went in search of help for rosacea. At the time there were studies on the effectiveness of what we call a “photofacial” to treat the ailment. I was willing to try anything at that point. Happily, the treatment worked and now I return each year for maintenance. I’m 60 and my skin looks better than it did when I was in my 20s and 30s. The doctors are caring and knowledgeable and available for a quick consultation if the nurse notices a puzzling skin condition. Laserderm always makes sure I see the same nurse for the procedure. I appreciate having the same person each time for my treatments. For years my nurse was Cathy. Wonderful! Now that Cathy has retired my treatments are being administered by Livia. Livia knows me and tailors the treatment to be the most effective for my skin. She is professional, efficient and really knows her stuff. I have full trust in her.
