Great staff! Technician appointments are always great and on time.
Every single time I've had to see an actual vet, I've had to wait a minimum of 30 mins later than my appointment time regardless of what time I make the appointment.
Update: My last appointment with a vet on time.
They were able to accommodate a last-minute appointment for my pet this morning. Customer service is amazing. They treat each animal like they are a movie star upon entering and during their stay. I do not remember the Dr. name as she was new and did not have a card. Sha was loving, informative and gave me many options. The assistant was equally as professional as the doctor. I highly recommend Bayview Hospital.
We switched to this clinic for palliative care for our little dog, after having some issues getting her care. Everyone at this hospital was phenomenal. We were in a very difficult situation, and I felt supported, and like they were there for our family 100%. When it was time for her final quality of life assessment, Dr. Elder was clear, but at the same time incredibly compassionate. We lost our little pup at the end of October, but I will always be incredibly grateful to everyone at Bayview for their support and compassion throughout the hardest thing that a pet owner has to go through.
