Jeremy was an excellent salesperson - knowledgeable, with no pressure tactics. I purchased a Fisher and Paykel product, and am very satisfied. Jeremy recommended a plumber to disconnect my old fridge, and the delivery people were very courteous and helpful. Overall, it was an excellent purchase experience.

John was an incredibly helpful member of their team. Right from the start he took the time to work through our list of appliances making sure we had the very best for our budget. He stayed in contact throughout the purchase and delivery process and was there when we had to exchange our fridge (our fault on ordering the wrong swing). Never felt rushed or pressured and the delivery team was beyond accommodating and communicative. Certainly takes the edge off an expensive and potentially stressful element of a large renovation.

Extra points for arranging a wonderful installer to remove the old dishwasher and install the new one. Another great experience with Universal.
