I had booked in rge wrong time and for a call checking if I was on rhe way since it was past the appointment time. Super nice and accommodating ro change the time.
Lan did it pedicure I got no polish but the experience was great. She did an awesome job and they have comfortable massage chairs.
If sensitive to smells it does have quite a strong chemical smell from the stuff they use for fake nails.

This is truly the best nail salon I’ve been to in Ottawa. All the nail techs I’ve had here have been great, but Tracy is my go-to. She’s quick, very kind, and the manicures are always perfect!
