This Clinic is Frustrating and discouraging. There's no way to get a hold of them directly to speak with someone. I don't have two days to wait for a call back when I have an appointment in a hour. This clinic needs to be run better and they need a better MEDO website. This is more stress than anyone needs
I've been a patient here for 2 months. I can't say it enough, how friendly the staff and the Dr is here. Always on time with my appointments, never had a cancelation or a bad appointment.The Dr is bang on with his diagnosis. He is very smart!I've never had better care, even from my last Dr of 33 years.Thanks for all of the politeness and happiness from the reception and the staff, and the Dr.
Dr. Segun Ndububa acted very unprofessionally during our brief appointment. When asking sensible questions about my issue he said "why do I have to answer these questions, I'm not taking an exam". When I challenged this attitude, he walked straight out. A disgrace.
