I recently brought a large amount of clothes for cleaning. It had been a long time since I used this dry cleaning service. The customer service was excellent. However, after I brought my clothes home I was surprised when I saw that they aren't using plastic hangers for the skirts anymore. They are now using wire hangers with safety pins. Safety pins put wholes into the clothing. I'm sorry I brought my skirts there. I hope they will switch back to plastic hangers in the future. The hangers they used to use were nice enough to keep.
This is the 4th time using The Drycleaner for alterations and my wife uses their dry cleaning services. We always have a pleasant experience here. There is no need to go elsewhere as they will find a solution or give you alternative solutions to your alteration issues!5 star service once again!
I brought in a pair of UGG boots for my wife. They were so dirty, I did not think the dry cleaner would be able to get them clean, but decided to give it a try. The boots came back spotless. They look brand new.
