They destroyed my leather jacket and refused to offer compensation.
I dropped my jacket off to have it cleaned, when it was returned it was shrunken and severely discoloured. The manager gave me the run-around and refused to take my calls for 2 months and then denied responsibility for the damage.

Keep getting 'exclusive' offers as well as weekly deals (some that must be manually loaded to further waste time) for lower prices and points that are not honoured at the cash. Cashier can't do anything, Service Counter can't do anything. Chat reps can give you "points", but nothing about the higher price. Is Loblaws spamming with 'deals' that do not exist to get people into their stores? Many of the special offers are sold out in store. The single line for cashiers made for smoother, faster access, now the limited number of cashiers and jumble of people trying to find a faster line make it frustrating.
