Keep getting 'exclusive' offers as well as weekly deals (some that must be manually loaded to further waste time) for lower prices and points that are not honoured at the cash. Cashier can't do anything, Service Counter can't do anything. Chat reps can give you "points", but nothing about the higher price. Is Loblaws spamming with 'deals' that do not exist to get people into their stores? Many of the special offers are sold out in store. The single line for cashiers made for smoother, faster access, now the limited number of cashiers and jumble of people trying to find a faster line make it frustrating.

When there are horrendous lineups, and not a single express lane for few items, you know someone is really not planning things through. My recommendation: don’t give enough people in your lineups time to be able to write posts like this.
