Staff are very friendly and helpful. My one recommendation would be to hang clothes that are brought in for alterations, rather than putting the amended product unfolded in a canvas bag. I've brought in dress pants to be hemmed a couple times recently and it's quite frustrating to have them returned in such a wrinkled state from lack of hanger or proper folding. I feel this should be a standard part of alterations considering the store also offers dry cleaning, which wouldn't return a product in this state. Thanks

I had a great experience. I needed to get the zipper closures fixed on my second-hand jacket to give it new life. They were super friendly and quick in replacing the closures and also showed me how they do it. Being interested in clothing, it was great to witness. Check them out for any of your alterations needs.
