“My first time at Synergy and I was very unhappy with the administration/booking side of my visit. I went to the salon to book an appointment and ask for advice on the time involved, cost and process for a root touch up and highlights. I returned a week later, only to find my stylist at a loss as to why I was there ( it was booked as a consultation) and reception had “ forgotten “ to check me in, so i sat there until I managed to connect with my stylist. I was very pleased to meet Cindy. She listened to my concerns and was very helpful going through the color charts, making sure we’d get great results. Unfortunately, the person at reception neglected to add the purpose of my visit , which meant going over everything I had already discussed, once more. I’m really happy with my new color and I’d highly recommend Cindy for her knowledge and demeanor. Great gal. Thanks Cindy !!!“

“I've been going to Euro Spa to see Nadya for over a decade easily and NEVER once was I disappointed! It's way out of the way for me but the detour is 100% worth it; She is amazing! The salon is small, but perfectly designed and comfortable and I would never even consider going elsewhere for my GL extensions; she has the skill and knowledge to do the perfect installation regardless of your hair type or issue. Mine is fine and she takes the time to cut the bonds and place them so discretely that most people don't even know I have extensions!
I can't imagine anyone leaving this salon unhappy! It's a perfect little gem hidden in a big city. 100% recommend!“
