Scott showed up on time was very professional and thorough. He showed me the parts that needed to be replaced, but did not upsale me on parts. I was very impressed with the service and the results. When I need service in the future I know who I will be going with.

Excellent and efficient work by Rob Scott. He changed my pilot light assembly of my 20 years old majestic fireplace and it works perfectly now. He takes the time to explain what the problem was and how he's fixing it. He also suggested to change the old valves around it for newer/safer ones and changed them on the spot for us. He was also available quickly to fix my issue which is nice as I had been waiting for 6 weeks to hear back from another company. He's very knowledgeable and experienced as he's been in the business for 40 + years. Would recommend him to friends and family.
